Cancellation Policy
Payment: Your child’s place on a camp is only secured once payment has been made. Cancellation: Xcel Hockey Coaching is unable to refund a booking once made. This is due to the admin and organisation required for each camp. Credit is available for future bookings if the cancellation is made within the notice period. 8+ days before the camp: full credit for event offered available 2-7 days before the camp: 50% credit for event offered available <2 days before the camp: no credit for event offered available
